About BIOSPARK

A pan-European movement for bioeconomy skills

BIOSPARK — Skills Promotion and Awareness for Regenerative Knowledge — brings together 18 partners across universities, research institutions, industry and innovation agencies. Together we are establishing 27 Bio-Based Education Centres (BBECs), one in every EU Member State.

Building on the legacy of BIObec, BIOSPARK turns regional hubs into a permanent European backbone for education, training, mutual learning and stakeholder engagement — accelerating Europe's transition to a sustainable, circular bioeconomy.
